Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are issued for approved returns (see our Returns page) or for orders that are cancelled before they ship.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged in error or more than once for the same order, contact [email protected] and we'll investigate and refund the duplicate charge.
